I live in a country which actually does border Russia and we don't have air raid drill not least because we don't have civilian air raid shelters, and nor do Sweden. Why would Russia be a threat to Sweden? Russia would be much more interested in Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and all other ex Soviet countries, not a country, traditionally neutral which Russia has no interest in or use for and certainly isn't threatened by. Do you know what "sabre rattling" is?

Sweden holds no interest for Russia, Sweden is only a source of iron ore, not really of interest to Russia given their vast resources and ability to source it from China cheaper anyway, Norway, the largest oil producer in Europe, where I live as an expat Brit, would be a much more likely "silk glove" target, yet you're pontificating over Sweden being a legitimate target when they've don't do anything more than thumb their front teeth at Sweden. You might as well pretend they've threatened UK with their frequent testing of RAF response times for airspace incursions. As for your Swedish Air Raid Drills, that's just some crap you've made up. You didn't send any links. Yes, I know SKF make bearings, crucial in weapons, machinery etc. I wonder why Russia might want to destroy a ball bearing factory in a country it's trying to reclaim? Mmmm, must be all about Sweden eh? Nothing at all to do with weakening Ukrainian ability to make weapons and mobilise troops? Oh no, nothing to do with that.

It HAS to do these things to maintain it's big bully persona and show strength. Russian planes enter EVERY European Airspace on a pretty much weekly basis. Where are these Air Raid shelters in Sweden? This is a country which hasn't been involved in a war in how long? Why would it have air raid shelters to defend against Russia? What evidence have you got of that? 65,000 air raid shelters? Ha ha ha ha. Built in the 1940's mostly, NOTHING to do with Russia today.

  23. Just 0.1% of people in UK population are in the military. It is projected to fall in number from 72,000 to 52,000 too. There's no point in having a military on those numbers. Personally I think it needs to be increased to at least 300,000 with around 6-7% of GDP spent on defence.
