  2. The entire XC90 platform predates hybrid versions of the car. It IS primarily for transmission as this model was historically petrol/diesel driven only. The T8 may well house batteries/motor here, rather than a driveshaft or gearbox housing but it's purely out of convenience rather than by design. It's making use of a structure that was already there as part of the platform.

  5. Range Rover has/used to hide the wiper in the spoiler area. You already have motor up there for sunroof, so why not rear wiper?

  12. We dont consider Volvo to be "luxury" in Europe. They are premium, but they wouldn't be seen as luxury here. Thats Bentley, Range Rover and Rolls territory.
