Of course it will survive. It's a truly ridiculous concern to have, hence "grow up" and stop posing such preposterous concerns.

Human existence is not even the blink of an eye in the history of the earth . Stop worrying about the future of the planet, it will be fine as it always has been. Now if you want to talk about the issues relating to overpopulation and the impact that might have on human development, society, demographics, resources, pollution etc, that's a completely different matter.
