  3. He didn't mean it though. If you know something's wrong, you apologise and you STOP doing it. He keeps REPEATING it and excusing himself for it by claiming he's sorry. Pretending to be sorry doesn't mean you're contrite and he clearly hasn't learned. If he was truly sorry he would have shown it as he had a platform to apologise for it, did he? No, he just acted like the pathetic race baiting, deadbeat moron he is and probably always will be. He had better lay low because he's just exposed himself as a public enemy.
