  4.  @flashback1123  I didn't claim it doesn't, but the NHS is a fucking mess DESPITE us spending the same % of our GDP as many other European Countries who do it BETTER, so why don't we adopt THEIR model instead of flogging the dead horse that is the NHS? Here's a point for you. Germany has 16m more people than the UK, yet they have better doctor and nurse ratios per patient with FEWER staff than the NHS does, so what the fuck are all those NHS employees actually doing? It is a mismanaged, dilapidated system designed for shorter lifespans and less complicated procedures. It need RAMPANT reform, not defending. By the way, 25% of my tax goes to the NHS. Also, we pay for Optometry and Dental. Why not do that elsewhere? Why not fine people for missing doctors appointments?
