  2. @DexMaster881  The inspection is not that rigourous. Brakes, emissions, steering, suspension and body integrity, that's about it. If you can't afford that, you can't afford to eat all those McDonald's either. It's no excuse and is rather an arrogant viewpoint that only Americans drive to work

  4. America has never been about quality. The entire American ethos of consuming is for every product to be "bang for the buck" which is the antithesis of paying for quality.

  18.  @christopherw2233  German cars are fine, it's just that US takes appalling care of their cars, for a start all German cars are supposed to run on 95 Ron fuel, not 91 that most of you put in. Also we service cars annually and don't take trips for just 500 metres.

  24. @AT-nq6cu  Household appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines are terribly low quality in the US. US cars have incredibly cheap interiors made with low grade plastic and have shoddy cheap steel on the exterior. I had a Dodge Challenger in Texas and the hood rippled at 70mph. American food is the lowest quality on the western world. There's a good reason why a lot of American goods are not exported. American made Tesla are lower quality than the Chinese made Tesla.

  47.  @IWrocker  Russia is more diverse because it contains dozens of unique regions as well as a number of different ethnicities. It's impossible for the world's biggest country which stretches from Europe to Asia to not be more diverse than the USA .
