In Europe these days, it's really only the budget cars that still have manual, but if you don't pass a test in a manual you aren't allowed to drive a manual, so basically everyone in Europe can drive a manual even though they probably don't own one anymore. My last 6 cars have been automatic, but I can still easily go back to driving manual if I have a hire car for example.

Humans are not going to go extinct via climate change, for example climate change for most people is nothing more than an inconvenience. How exactly are nearly 8 billion people going to become extinct? Climate change simply isn't serious enough. The human race is not at risk of extinction at all. I'm presuming you are from Sweden or perhaps Denmark judging by your name, what climate event is going to kill all the people in Northern Europe for example? Oh no it's a degree or two hotter. Big bloody deal.
