  3. @DexMaster881  The inspection is not that rigourous. Brakes, emissions, steering, suspension and body integrity, that's about it. If you can't afford that, you can't afford to eat all those McDonald's either. It's no excuse and is rather an arrogant viewpoint that only Americans drive to work

  6. @Hiforest  No you don't. You only have to contact the police if you are unable to exchange details at the scene. This is from the Metropolitan Police website. Police don't have time or resources to record every incident.

  7. @Vectorspace000  Ensuring it yourself is marking your own homework, hence why American cars are such ancient wrecks. Also, many of their pickups don't even require an emissions test.

  8. @AT-nq6cu  Household appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines are terribly low quality in the US. US cars have incredibly cheap interiors made with low grade plastic and have shoddy cheap steel on the exterior. I had a Dodge Challenger in Texas and the hood rippled at 70mph. American food is the lowest quality on the western world. There's a good reason why a lot of American goods are not exported. American made Tesla are lower quality than the Chinese made Tesla.

  9. What we could also do with is an annual insurance test to ensure your car has not been modified in a vulgar way which invalidates your insurance. Plus if you have a skin fade, white trainers or a tracksuit your insurance should be tripled.

  10. @Hiforest  We don't have to report incidences either. If two people have an incident they can just sort it out between themselves. Police and authorities don't have to be told.
