  4.  @bogi2557  A skyscraper isn't a symbol of wealth. You won't see them in Austria either. It's more to do with maintaining a particular look in a city, and there are few sportscars in Norway primarily because the tax on them is so high as Norway doesn't have a car industry to protect.
