  1. BP have been overstaffed for a few years. These cuts are not due to Net Zero as BP have practically no significant UK operations.

  2. @leonbell5141  BP haven't been a big UK player in production or exploration for years. The North Sea is not a basin for supermajors like BP or Shell. It's a mid sized companies area.
