  3.  @pfbowsley  Are you an actual moron? Only media companies that are paid for by a licence fund are required to be impartial. Sky, Talk TV, GB News , Times Radio, LBC etc are NOT required to be impartial and Ofcom CANNOT make them have a neutral view. Ofcom is there to ensure broadcasting standards are met. The BBC CHARTER is what states it should be impartial, NOT Ofcom. I'm sorry you are so poorly informed on the matter.

  4.  @pfbowsley  Show me where on Ofcoms website it says TV news from private companies has to be impartial. Please also provide any evidence of Talk TV being under investigation for such a lack of impartiality. You can't, because Ofcom don't do that.
