  1.  @Djnffnoeosmfasjjd  I didn't say you couldn't move the handle, but the pressure means it doesn't open and depressurisation cannot occur. They are specifically designed to not depressurarise for this very situation which might occur during a hijacking or an unstable passenger. It's simple physics.
