  1.  @amjidali588  It's not racist, it's comparing the inequity of how the police act in relation to what the subject of the protest is. It's highlighting the law not being applied fairly. It also wouldn't be racist to say just stop immigration because that sentiment doesn't say ANYTHING about what race the immigrants might be.

  2.  @mysticcove3392  Yes, i know that, I'm a geoscientist in oil and gas who has worked global basins. I'm talking about most gas as a proportion of UK production comes from SNS gas fields, primarily in England. In Scotland, it's mostly oil with a few gas fields like Culzean. I was responding to a poster who said that England would be broke without Scotland. I was pointing out that Oil receipts to the Exchequer are not actually that great. PS, it's Ekofisk, not Ekofish. ,😉

  5. What cause? You wouldn't last 5 minutes without oil, neither would they. From the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed, even whilst you are in bed your life is 100% dependent on oil and gas.
