The cost of the Autotrader package is eye watering. Before you've even paid your wages, electricity, water, business rstes etc youve got to find £6500 per month. Its insane. Just breaking even in the motor trade must be very difficult

I was wondering how he got in then remembered that we had opened up to American tourists. Welcome to the UK

If you look up boring in the dictionary, there's a picture of an Asian car.
17
Let's take moment to appreciate how good the interviewer is.

Always thought Derek seemed such a nice guy when watching that programme. Proper nice wholesome stuff.

Jags of this era had a desperately uninspiring interior. F Pace, XE and XF all had it and it was dismal. The new face-lift models are a massive improvement in this department. Jag are a bit like Tesla too, they do really terrible wheels, nowhere near as bad as Tesla wheels though

Toucan is a bird ya mug.

What a surprise he has mental health issues now. Didn't have any when doing all this did he? Oh no. Catch all excuse for everything these days.

The A3 has one of the most boring interiors I have ever seen. It is so dreary and so dull that if it wasnt for the badge it could easily be American or Asian. Why do car companies insist on making interiors so dire?
3
When I was young and poor I wanted this car. I thought it would be all the car I ever needed.
3
I've got the new V60 T5, and it's brilliant. A massive improvement on this model. Volvo also do some of the best interiors at the moment.
3
Makes me feel old when you said you watched Die Another Day as a kid
2
Dodnt reaøise you were born in Bermuda. I spent my first couple of years there too.
2
Once you've had a car with a heated steering wheel, you'll never want to go without unless you live somewhere hot.
2
Pathetic isn't it. I've never ever worried about reliability. I just take care of my cars.
2
Ed Milliband is a maniac. I think thats clear.
2
I think you should be honest and attack ALL politicians. They are all TERRIBLE.
2
I love Kev, if you don't already know about it. Listen to him and Mike's "The Thought Police" podcast. Funny as hell.
2
The sun didn't pay the mother. Try actually doing some fact checking first.
2
Just watching for the "it's a Mondeo on drag" comments
2
Diana was land mines, not cluster bombs
2
I once went out with a German lass who had a Mk1 A Class, didn't last long.
2
For an Asian car, at least they tried to be a bit different, but I'd rather eat my own head than drive a Honda, Kia, Hyundai, Toyota etc.

60k for Autotrader dealer portal? Wow, i hadn't appreciated that cost.
1
Id always be disappointed it wasn't the latest shape. That is a true beauty.
1
Those hubcaps tale about 5k off the value
1
I used to long after a Punto back in the day.
1
I lived in Bermuda as a kid and back in those days you weren't allowed a car. It was just mopeds.
1
Was trawling through some clips the other day and it occurred to me a Kia Stinger would make a good video.
1
I always learn a new brand of tyre with every video.
1
I'll give them credit for trying something new and bold, but ultimately its Japanese so it's going to be incredibly boring and have a cheap, nasty interior lacking any sort of ergonomics or design.
1
That looks tremendous. I've always wanted to renovate a Defender. Top job.
1
American design is still in the 1990's
1
Saab is such a sad story. I grew up lusting after a 900 Aero Turbo, and still love them to this day, but by the time I was old enough to afford a decent car, Saab had become a GM off shoot and what made them Saab had been beaten out of them.
1
I have an EV and it is absolutely fantastic, however its only brilliant because i live in the only country in the world where it is feasible to own such a car .
1
Reviews of sheds are the funniest ones. So much more satisfying than a review of a good car.
1
I just don't get the desire for sports cars. Yes, they look nice but what's the point in them? You can't go fast anywhere in the country that other more practical and more understated cars can't also do just as well. If I was going to buy a "performance" car then I think I'd buy something that didn't make you look like a bell end such as an XFR, S6 or even an M5
1
I quite like the look of some French cars, but like American or Asian cars, I'll just never buy one. The new 208 is a lovely looking car, but there's just something about being a mass market French car maker that takes the appeal away.
1
Always fancied a Defender to build up to my own specifications. Rover V8 being the first addition.
1
I'd rather have this or a DBS over a DB5
1
Is there a less aspirational brand than Vauxhall?
1
I just dont get Craig era films. Only thing I ever watch them for is Moneypenny.
1
Most car YouTubers are insufferable as well. I can't stand any of the American ones like Doug or Scotty Kilmer and I really can't stand the miles of Schmee, Seen Thru Glass etc. Basically as far as I can recall it's High Peak, Carwow and occasionally Petrol Ped that I'll watch on Youtube. The rest of them are either over acted, smug or just extremely annoying
1
Americans dont do csr maintenance
1
Pensioner blue.......again Jaguar didn't really help themselves back then.
1
Shame about the Bentley.
1
Quite surprised in a glut of terrible electric cars in the UK that you can't get an electric 500 in Britain in RHD. This would be a lot better than the ghastly Zoe for instance.
1
Fiat Dino was a beautiful car too.
1
Mercs of this age had worst infotainment of all time. It just looked so cheap. That screen with a three inch wide border just looked terrible, in fact most of that screen is nasty plastic border. Why do any car makers scrimp on such an important part. For an extra 100 quid you could really do it well. The new Jaguar XF and F Pace have finally got it right but this is just terrible in what else is quite a decent looking small hatchback.
1
Had an 3.0 litre XF many years ago from when it was 3-7 years old. Excellent car in every way. That infotainment won't have aged well though.
1
Always liked these cars. So stealthy you almost never see them. Probably the best looking of the Luxury barges.
1
The decline of Top Gear is actually analogous for the continued and inexorable decline of the BBC. Neither will be missed.
1
They are very nice, but you WILL look like a twat driving one, like a Chav done well.
1
Honda, the car only pensioners buy. They are the Japanese Rover
1
Probably the most discrete of the chav hatchbacks.
