  3. This is so important. I think a lot of people in the US think as long as they wash their hands and stay six feet apart, that's good enough. Thank you for emphasizing the importance of taking vitamin D, boosting your immune system, and also opening windows instead of breathing recirculated dirty air indoors. No wonder the poor workers in factories, grocery stores and other enclosed places are all testing positive for Covid-19.

  8. Well said! If anyone saw footage of the memorial service in Minneapolis for George Floyd, not to mention all the protests, you'd be alarmed. Not everyone was wearing a mask and most people were packed, sitting maybe 6 inches from each other, talking loudly, singing, hugging and being indoors together for many hours. It would terrible if more people caught covid and died due to these events. People need to learn more about how easily Covid is transmitted. Thank you, Dr John Campbell as always!

  13. I'm in North Carolina where some of my friends' and relatives' employers are opening back up their offices in mid May, with seemingly no precautions. People are excited to go shopping again as if everything's going to be fine as long as they wear masks. I can just see a huge spike in cases in late May here. At least I've been seeing more people walking around with masks on outside & in the grocery store.

  29. Seriously. I saw a video clip of the idiots parading through a Target in Florida without wearing any masks on and proud of it. It's stupid fools like that who have caused Covid to spread so much throughout the whole country.

  30. This is so important! Everyone needs to hear about the importance of vitamin D. As for the man who was proud of his vitamin D level from being in the sun-- put on a hat or some sunscreen and take vitamins. It's not healthy either to look prematurely aged and orange.

  32. Most medical doctors are not trained in nutrition and they only think about giving medicine, not telling patients about improving their diets to better their health. For example, my thyroid issues disappeared after I got a Vitamix and started drinking a lot of healthy fruit and vegetable smoothies. I brought it up with my endocrinologist and he half-heartedly agreed that maybe eating those healthier foods helped bring my thyroid levels back to normal. Glad you are feeling better!
