  1. This is so important. I think a lot of people in the US think as long as they wash their hands and stay six feet apart, that's good enough. Thank you for emphasizing the importance of taking vitamin D, boosting your immune system, and also opening windows instead of breathing recirculated dirty air indoors. No wonder the poor workers in factories, grocery stores and other enclosed places are all testing positive for Covid-19.

  2. Most medical doctors are not trained in nutrition and they only think about giving medicine, not telling patients about improving their diets to better their health. For example, my thyroid issues disappeared after I got a Vitamix and started drinking a lot of healthy fruit and vegetable smoothies. I brought it up with my endocrinologist and he half-heartedly agreed that maybe eating those healthier foods helped bring my thyroid levels back to normal. Glad you are feeling better!
