  4. ​ @TheSkeetergirl yeah the other CourtTV broadcast that I saw today also kept saying there was a custody battle going on. Custody had already been ruled on about a year before Dan was murdered. I guess calling it a murder from a "custody battle" makes it more sensationalized & is a quick soundbite, but it is incorrect.
