  1. I was ambitious out of law school but I could barely even get my foot in the door. Many smaller law firms were made up of only white men, or only white people. Luckily after working for some small firms, I was able to establish my own practice. This was good to hear from the women lawyers. The profession has really changed in the last 20 years.
