The thing is that getting hit by a car (especially in a country like Russia with its ridiculous drivers) is more likely than getting shot by some random dudes shooting in the street because why would the shooter kill Bald of all people being at the scene. Why would the guy with the gun shoot on people at all. They might be crazy shooting in the air but not that crazy to aim at random people.
