Stupid ACLU. First Ammendment Rights do not give people who are mad or posers looking for an excuse to damage property and incite fear into the community. You can protest with passion and emotion without causing harm or a financial burden to others. How would you react if business owners who were impacted went into your neighborhood and busted up your property?
