Don't you just love how state officials in high places can decide what constitutes making things right? She is in a position of trust yet broke that trust. She's sorry and wished she could do it differently. Yet, she doesn't believe her actions warrant her resignation. How noble of her. I wonder how many North Carolinians wish they could determine their own fate.
