@odinymir4274 Those boat drones ARE expensive, because they need a hell lot of technology to work. It's not some rowing boat full with TNT. It needs all the means to be controlled over that distance and a whole lot of countermeassure against ECM and alike. Those marine drones aren't cheap at all.

Pretty pointless to put extermely expensive anti air missiles on kamikaze drones. For them to work you need even more electronic, so instead of 250k your kamikaze boat now costs 1M. And since not even the old ones ever magaged to hit an actual worthwhile target but at best a patroal boat or landing ships, what's the point to wast even more? Ah, forgot, the are burning the money of others anyway, so why should they care.

Actual impact od the drones is simply not good enough in general. You need millions of drones and even then they are not the dominating factor in warfare (at least not the fighting ones, the surveillance drones are a whole different thing). The thing is that every drone will ALWAYS create a video and by that they can look dominant when of those ~1% you see of this war on the internet, over 50% is from drone attacks.
