  1. When fantasizing about the enemy during your planing, you should fantasize about them being stronger than you think, not weaker. The idea to go into a war with the utter delusion that the enemy will just be stupid, incompetent, corrupt and only fighting with crap simply means that you got no plan at all, leading to catastrophic losses.
