@toti550 Russia wasn't monopolizing anything. It's simply the country with by far the most resourecs on this planet, especially gas. That's just reality.

Damaging ICBM warning syste only makes it way MORE likely for Russia to use nukes and their usage of nukes is not limited by that at all. It's a warning system, nothing else. And it's not like they wouldn't see nukles incoming without it. It would simply by less time = less time to think about if if and how to retaliate plus already treatened by that attack against the warning systems = the chance they decide that NATO went nuts and it's time to annihilate it simply becomes bigger and bigger and bigger. Russian nukes don't need those raders.

Overall all "Russian warcrimes" accusations became a joke when the ICC condemned Russia for... saving children. Means they got literally nothing else but that.
