  1. Yeah, the problem is the targeting. That's why finding markers which can identify the cancer cells is a big research. If you can find somethting that finds the cancer cells, it woul be easy to only cancel those.

  2. Always love when the reason against such things is, that they are bad for profit. You can literally build these acceleators for free if you want to, but someone wants to make money out of it, a lot of money. And even if you take the price: I'm pretty sure these things are far cheaper than for example all the weapons we build and use to burn down countries around the globe (again: for protit).
