  4. Most obviously foreseeable thing would be if you manage to create a cooling effect, that it would be much worse than you want it to happen. Overall for this to work you would need to block out the sun on a large and long scale and if you manage to do this an dog no way to clean the atmosphere from all that dirt, it will stay up there for quite some time...
