  1. This said: we don't need a venus level catastrophe = total extinction, to get massive problems. And it's not just economy, but we are a few billion people and while it's unlikely that any form of climate change will just kill us off, we still talk about many castrophes, including the return of famines and of course destructive weather problems, even if won't be boiling acid storms like on Venus.
