  1. The conspiracy was about a chinese lab leak, though. This wouldn't be a leak, wouldn't been an accident and not of China, it would be biological warfare of the USA against China.

  2. In case of warfarce it's also difference regarding how the virus looks like. If you research a virus, you don't do much to hide manipulation and alike. If you want to use it as biological weapon, you will make it look as natural as possible (or simply do not manipulate at all, but let it mutate naturally in your lab).

  3. If we speak about an US lab, that would be a very different thing than the lab leak theory, which was spread to put the blame on China. If coming from an US lab, this was no leak - it was a warcrime commited with biological weapons. In this case a virus will likely be 'engineered' to look normal and not in the usual way, too. Would by the way fit well to the biolabs in Ukraine and all around the world. Overall don't get how people think, that US fascism wouldn't do something like that. Of course it would. World wide mass murder, the only country that used not ONE, but TWO nuclear weapons and both directly on cities. Which used, directly and indirectly chemical weapons en mass even after 2.WW, also wide spread, not just against soldiers, which used Napalm en mass, also on cities by the way. And many more...
