  1. Whole point. Obviously when you got one party, there is no election about the party, and the whole focus is on what the government does. Meanwhile when you got several parties, the focus will be on the parties - what will be dominated by lies. You can easily see that, by looking at elections and all the promises made, which never play any role afterwards.
