Answer: You let people vote for shit A and shit B but make it look like as if shit A is gold and shit B is silver, standing for completely opposite things, even let one be a threat or whatever, the other the savior and it doesn't matter if people will eat this demonisation, as long as they don't get the actual reality: that the only choice they got is for shit.
