Since capitalism is the right wing economy that is all about making the rich even richer and more powerful, while communism is about all humans living and working together as equals, Capitalism vs Communism is pretty much the same as Right vs Left. Of course overall the counterpart to Capitalism is Socialism = the economy serving society (that's where the name is comin from) and communism is more a social evolution with socialism as basis.
