Uuuuuuh, that tweet is stupid, because those 10 billions to Ukraine as all the billions before will do SHIT for giving Ukrainian civilians anything like helth care, clearn water, pensions and whatever. It will ruin the country even further, since it's given to the Nazi regime, which beside the military destrustion of the country, economy and its people also sells it out to western banksters and alike.
