  1. At Scott Ritter: Regading the nuclear material, they would simply say that Russia took material from the NPP they had been. Also they will simply not allow anyone to go there and will instantly push it. Look at Syria. The never cared to check it, because there was nothing to check that would proof an attack of Syria. Media still pushed it, no matter how impossible and even lied further.

  2. By the way: shelling a NPP IS pretty much the try to create a dirty bomb. A NPP can't explode like a nuke (it simply doesn't work that way, even if you would manage to make it explode, the explosion would disperse the radioactive material long before it would be able to createa a detonation like that of a nuke, for which you have to make sure that the big majority of he nuclear material releases its energy), but when you destroy a NPP this can of course lead to radioactive material leaking out.

  3. Russia for sure knows at least of the plan and maybe even preperations no matter if in the end it would be used. To make it public is a good way to counter it before it can happen, since the whole idea of a false flag is of course, that everyone believes the lie. Openly speaking about it massively reduces the chane for it to work. While NATO countries would follow along anyway, all the other nations, epecially those most important like China and India, would for sure... frown about it and want more proof than the false flag offenders could deliver.
