@herdsire90210 If ou don't want to get out of the bed, don't, that's the point. Maintaining a robot is not compareable to all the work it can deliver. Sorry, but what do you people think all the production comes from? Humans didn't mutate in the last few centuries. They were replaced by machines which do the work much better in every way. If you want work, just force people to be peasants again, working with forks and alike, just get rid of the agriculture machines and you got a hell lot of jobs.

You do get that machines already replaced MILLIONS of jobs in food production over the last centuries, right? YOu know what the actual problem is? That all the work of the machines goes to the oligarchs, because capitalism, and not to all people, because that would be the definition of socialism, when the machines work for the people.

Well, problem is, when the machines work for the people and not some capitalists, that would be the very definition of socialism. Can't have that.

Why save? The probelm of robots is, that in capitalism they gonna work for the capitalists, the oligarchs. If they would work for the people in general, that would be pretty much paradise, but that would be socialism. The profit of machine works going to all people is pretty much the core of socialism and the criticism of Marx against capitalism was mainly based on that: machines replacing workers, who just got cut off, while all the profit from the machines goes to the machine owner. What of course leads to brutal poverty and fights inside the lower and middle classes for the remaining jobs, what leads to more poverty because you got many peopel who desperately need that job, what will put massive pressure on the wages.
