Lockdowns DO work, just not the way the west did it. China kept Covid under control with lockdowns. The method is well known, as soon as you got more than 1000 cases, it will spiral out of control, so as soon as it starts somewhere and you can't just quarantine the cases, you do a lockdown to push it below those 1000 cases and of course focus on controlling those. That's what China did very succesfully, the only country surprised by Covid.

There are mask which work, if you use them right, but no one did this. The fact alone that suddenly physic changed and masks which were clearly labeled as "not working against virus" suddenly "did", proved that.

@bluesmama3726 That's not the problem, as said, there are masks which work. But telling peopel to wear masks which clearly do not work to protect themselves, is like selling people socks as condoms.
