What USA/NATO is doing with it, is a completely different thin than payment systems which are linked to you or your phone or whatever. This is not even about illegal activity, since of course when people do illegal shit, they will simply not go into such hotels or use public transportation. Do people think when they go outside, that they are anonym?

Nothing. China knows, that it can't do the shit we are doing. It's too big for that. You people live in superficial cartoon books... What China is doing got nothing to do with a surveillant state to control all citizens and especially China knows that.

You mean like the western system, when you are fucked because the bank and state says, that you are not reliable, not because you did something actually wrong, but simply because you are poor? The social credit system is by the way targeted at corrupt companies, not at citizens.

Peopel do get, that when they give their ID card or even just their name or when they got those point collection cards running and so on, that's the same shit? When you are outside, you are in the open world and people can see you. What exaxctly is the fear here?
