  2. That 10 years plan is simply just "Let's throw more money into that black hole" - where it will vanish. Wonder how long that will survive with the economies and societies continue to collaps. Germany for example does not have a single cent left for anything in the military with that giant debt is piles up over this nonsense. And the USA is super bankrupt anyway. Other NATO countries aren't any different.
