  3. That US speaker is actually saying it wrong, in germany we still call it "Nordstream 1" not "Nordstrom". No one calles is Nordstrom here.

It's "Nordstream", we don't call it Nordstrom in germany (even though Strom would be a possible german word for stream - in the sense of a river or of data - or maybe gas - while 'Strom' is also the word for electricity/electrical power). As the picture shows, Nordstrom in germany is a (not that widely known) US department story chain, while the word itself would many germans likely make think of an electricity company - or a river.
