If Russia wanted Ukraine's resources, the wouldn't have let the coup happen in the first place. Hell, they would never hat given Ukraine independenc as a nation from the start.

@davidlazarus67 For a dirty bomb they could just use material from their NPPs. Of course this will see as clear declaration of war by Russia and then people will learn the difference between special operation and war... (war means that you see a country as a whole as an enemy without any care for its well being left).
