  1. The big problem regarding "criminal state" is, that it justfies all kind of violent actions. So overall, this little extra added: "It wasn't us - but we think it's fine, because it's against criminals." This aside: it's more likely NATO being behind it or maybe some of the Ukrainian oligarchs than Ukraine's coup regime itself.
