Afghanistan 'worked' because USA transported extremists from the whole world there an created an army of fanatics and of course the SU being a different country with very different goals in Afghanistan plus a very different terrain. What will USA do? Transport all Nazis of the world there in hope they can createa a giant Nazi army next and this will work out better as Al Quaida and co?
