The truck launch was not clever but a war crime. Abusing civilian transporters like that for such attacks is forbidden because it makes EVERY civilian vehicles from that point on a legitimate military target. That's why even while it hit a military target it's still a terror attack. By the way: it also abused the treaty with the USA about the strategical bomber always having to be seen from space but are not allowed to be attacked by abusing this. The whole thing was a giant zero at massive costs for the west.
