  1. You do get that renewable energy (= using the sheer endless energy of the sun) is the only smart if not possible way to not got back into caves? MAYBE we will manage to use fusion. MAYBE. But before this happens, we will burn through the limited resources and they are just gone and the later we begin to switch, the more expensive it will be and the more resources we will waste by just burning. Oil for example is actually way too important to burn. It's like burning books to keep you warm, actually worse than that, because paper at least regrowth.
