  1. Question would be if it really did that. Sure, it's that far away from Ukrainian troops, but are you really sure that NATO isn't involved? That this is less military than spy work? Could have smuggled such drones into Russia, maybe even long time ago already and then build it together somewhere in the wilderness, startint it from there. Regarding interception: You can be pretty sure, that it was spotted long before it was shot down, but of course you also need something there able to do that. When it flies deep, it will be seen, but you can't target it with long range missile systems, so the shorter range system intercept it. The rest is bad luck when the debris still hits something or someone. It's overall borderline impossible, that this is Ukraine's work. They got 100% support from the CIA or alike, most likely some deep state action, that isn't even direct order from the top.
