  1. Officials? Ukrainian officials? That's like quoting SS officers about warcrime jews committed... The most obvious scenario is, that Ukraine went in and the Nazis from Azov and C14 killed everyone they see as traitor, then sell the picture of the corpses to the west for more money and weapons.
