  1.  P A  It's one thing when a country got its problems (if you go by that you would have to instantly intervene in most western countries, especially in the USA) and to just utterly ruin it. Even Russia and China were find to with stopping violence, but of course NATO made not one but TWO regime changes out of it, after the 'wrong' people came to power for their taste. How should a country survive that...
