  1. "You need to take what your doctor tells you to take." - Doctors near to never talk about vitamin supplements at all, often not even in general beside the usual "have a good diet". Most don't even check for vitamines and minerals, maybe when you are dying and they don't get why, so around twenty years too late.

  2. When you got out an use sunscreen you also get no vitamin D, because it blocks UVB.

  3.  @michaelkoester2333  Wish people would stop that crap with "processed food". Most food has to be processed to not just get bad and lose all vitamins and minerals. The probleme isn't the processing, but capitalism = all is about to make more money out of everything, so they try to sell you cheap garbage for lot of money. You could easily process food in ways to make it even better.
