  1. Pretty obvious, that vitamins and minerals and alike mostly will have collerations regarding illness and not direct cause. It's like oil for a machine. When you don't ahve enough oil, the machine will be ruined. Will the oil or lack of oil by the direct cause of this? Well, overall not, the movement and created heat and alike will be the cause, the lacking oil simply gives the machine no or less ways to resist this.
