Attack on the airfield also used terror/warcrime tacticts. It's breaking the Guineva Concentions to a) use civilian vehicles for such attacks and b) abuse (on top of that unknowing) civilians for that. The humiliation is on the side of the terror regime, which break all rules of law, what will cost them dearly and reached borderline nothing with it. Russia does not really care go lose some old soviet time air-trucks. It's way more pissed about HOW this attacked happened, that treaties were abused for that and of course a hell lot about that train attack, yes.

There is no humiliation. It was a terror-warcrime tactic (not only abusing civilian vehicles but also unknowing civilian drivers) that only succeeded against airfields which got nothing to do with the conflict. Overall a complete failure, especially with only some old soviet time bombers getting damaged. Russi built hundreds of these and only uses a few dozens, because they overall do not really have much need for these. Those flying trucks are way too old, too big and too slow to be useful in any conflict beside firing cruise missiles and Russia cruise missiles can be fired by pretty much everything, including land units and ships.

@petergplus6667 It's per se still runnin till next year and they still follow it to avoid escalation.

Only complete idiots constantly use the world "humiliation" for every little shit. This was a warcrime by the way. Using a) civilian vehicles to sneak up and b) as Zelensky himself admitted with a big smile, also using unknowing(!) civilians as drivers for these vehicles. ANYONE can do that. Easily. Everywhere. Only crazy fascists do it and even with these methods and 100% a hell lot of help form NATO, they did borderline nothing. Humiliation? Yeah, for NATO and its puppet state. Terror tactics, war crimes and still failing completely, especially against all actual airfields which play any kind of role.

Because they know that the civilized world (= not NATO) is not doing such things, only them.

It's warcrimes. It's forbidden by the Guineva Convention to use unmarked civilian vehicles and even more is forbidden to abuse civilians and Zelensky openly bragged about that on ABC news, that they abused civilians again who did not even know what they were transporting there. That's plain terrorism and warcrimes, making them a terror regime what they will pay dearly for. And for what? A bunch of decades old flying trucks are gone, which are so unimportant for Russia that the produced 100s of them in soviet times, but only use a few dozens, the rest just stands around. That's how little it cares for these old, slow guys.

@giopapava That was another hoax, there are satellite images making clear that there was no such attack.
