Also: of course you like those more, the are "lol, muh angry evul" characters without any motives. Easier to understand. Jailer wasn't deep, but already too deep for the shallow minds of the ordinary person, as sad as it is. It's like drowning in 1,5m deep water. Those guys are a puddle, so even an idiot has a hard time drowning in them. Blizzard writers are probably anoyed they have to go back to cartoon villians, but what shall you do?
